To make that possible though we have to change things up a bit. So you’ll see a few tweaks to the way we usually do things. Keep reading for the full run down!

When will the sale run: 6:30 pm Thursday 17 November to 11:59pm Monday 28 November
What’s on sale: Pretty much ALL the things. Prices will be as marked and discounts will range from 10% to 70% off.
Is the sale available in your stores?
You betcha! Stock is limited though, so stock will vary from location to location.
Can I use a discount code or bundle deal on an already discounted item?
No, but don’t worry, you won’t need em’! Like usual, only one promo can be applied per transaction and as items will already be discounted, discount codes won’t apply. All discount codes will be disabled during the sales period on sale items.
When is the best time to shop for Black Friday bargins?
As early as possible! Let us tell you why. We are kicking off our sale before actual Black Friday (the 25th of Nov), lucky you! That means our super juicy deals are only going to be available while stock lasts and in limited quantities. Don’t risk missing out!
Can I edit my order after I’ve placed it?
We are going to do our best to get orders out as fast as possible, plus we’re expecting a large volume of requests going to our customer service team. This means we may not be able to intercept requests or changes to orders before your order is sent to our packing team to be processed or dispatched. You’re welcome to reach out to our Customer Service team to see if we can catch it in time though! firstname.lastname@example.org. To be safe, please double check your order and address carefully before checking out.
What is your return and exchange policy:
We want to make sure you LOVE your TSC goodies… But if it’s not quite right? That’s ok! If you change your mind, we can organise an exchange within 14 days of receiving your product, or offer a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of the order's receipt date if you wish to exchange your goodies! The item/s must be unused and in their original packaging/tags attached. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's own cost unless the item is faulty, we recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking. The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on earrings and food storage/cutlery items for hygiene reasons.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to an increased volume of orders (thank you, thank you!) we expect to dispatch orders within 7 business days. We are pulling all the stops to speed this up though! You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. Please note shipping times may vary over the course of the next 2-3 weeks due to the fluctuation of orders from Black Friday. Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, we are unable to predict how long it will take.
How much is shipping?
We will still provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100 AUD standard shipping is $9.95 and Express shipping $14.95.
Can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay will not be available on the first day of the sale. Why? Short answer, it can break our site when too many people are trying to check out at the same time.
