Our Customer Happiness team are available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 2:00pm. If you reach out over a weekend or on a Public Holiday, we will come back to you on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change or cancel your order please send us an email at with your order details as soon as possible and we will try our very best to help. However, if our warehouse team have already begun processing your order (they're a speedy bunch), we may not be able to make any changes.

Can I change my address?

In addition to the above, if we’ve missed the opportunity to edit your shipping address before processing or dispatch, you can still redirect it via the Aus Post tracking link sent in your dispatch notification.

I forgot to put in my discount code, can I apply it after the order is processed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed we’re usually not able to apply a discount or backdate a ‘gift with purchase’ item. Typically, this is because we’ve already started processing the order and are not able to edit.

There's a problem with my order!

If you've received your order and aren't 100% happy with it - whether it doesn't suit your needs, is faulty, or you've just changed your mind - we do offer exchanges, returns or store credits depending on the situation. For more information, head here!

Do you have any discount codes or sales?

From time to time we will have special offers and discounts and often these will be shared exclusively to our VIPs! You can sign up to our mailing list here so you never miss out. Discounts can only be applied to full-priced items, only one offer/discount code can be applied to an order and they cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Do you offer click and collect?

We don’t have Click and Collect available in our stores at this time. We are super hopeful to have it up and running very soon! Watch this space.

We can however do Click and Collect at our Banyo Distribution Centre by appointment, Monday to Friday between 9 and 3. Just email to place your order and confirm a collection time. Please note, this option is by appointment only and must be organised prior to placing your order.

The product I want is out of stock!

Looks like you have good taste then! To keep yourself in the loop, you can sign up for notifications via the product listing if you would like to know when we restock it. Some products will open for pre-order before they physically arrive to our warehouse, so you can order early to make sure you don’t miss out!

Can I pay with Afterpay?

You most certainly can! Both instore and online.

Do you have Gift Cards?

Yes! Here is everything you need to know... We have digital gift cards available online and both physical and digital gift cards available instore. All gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be used both online and instore. Multiple gift cards can be used in one transaction too, you can use another tender if the gift card doesn’t cover your full order. If you end up getting a refund on a purchase that was paid for using a gift card, the refund will go back on the original form of payment – the gift card. Shop our Online Gift Cards Here.

Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Why yes, of course you can! Make sure you enter the details of the recipient in the delivery address section. We do not pack any receipts or invoices in our orders, only a packing slip which has no pricing on it. If you would like gift wrap, we have stunning gift bags - $3 each or complimentary for orders over $50. We also have beautiful rug tubes for $10. You can find them both here. If there are multiple items in the order, they will be wrapped altogether and sent to the one address. If you’re wanting only select items wrapped or the order split across 2 addresses, we recommend placing 2 orders.

Where are your products made?

We are an Australian owned, operated, and designed company based in sunny Brisbane, Queensland. We work with small, family-owned factories in China and India to bring our creations to life. Each of these factories and their conditions have been heavily screened to meet our standards. We work very closely with them throughout the entire process and our design team along with Ellen, our founder, are in daily contact with them.

Partnering with these factories gives us the opportunity to create a high quality, well-priced product range. As a result, we can then support and work with many Australian small businesses and provide them with some of their best-selling products, you’ll find TSC stocked in stores across Australia. Their success has a positive flow on effect in their local communities. We also have a core team and engage external contractors such as digital specialists, designers, couriers, artists, communications specialists, and many more.
