Couriers and postal services are delivering with no contact delivery. Parcels will be left in a safe place. Signature on delivery is not available currently during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure address, and any specific instructions as to where to leave the parcel.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $100 and a flat $9.95 fee for all other orders. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15, and the USA and UK are $20.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand, the USA and UK. We have a USA warehouse which can also ship stock across the USA a bit quicker! If you live elsewhere and would LOVE to get your hands on our goodies, please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do!
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Please note we are currently experiencing higher than normal order volumes. We are working as fast as we can and will aim to get your order out within 5 business days! After that it's all up to your postie! Please note, there may be slight delays with postal and courier services due to COVID-19. International orders may experience delays up to 4 weeks, if not dispatched from our USA warehouse. Orders will be delivered with contactless delivery, and may be left if safe to do so. Please leave specific delivery details in your order notes if you have any!
The shipping estimates below (from date of dispatch) will give you an idea of when you can expect your TSC goodies to arrive. If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer!

Hey I live in Brisbane - can I pick up my order?
You sure can! We offer click and collect which means you get your order whenever you want AND free shipping! Simply select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. You'll receive an email from us when your order is ready to be picked up (usually within 1 business day) and with instructions on when and where to pick up.
Do you ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect?
We engage a few different courier and postal companies and services depending on where the parcel is going. While some couriers do not ship to PO boxes, we also ship with Australia post so - yes - we can ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers! Yay!
My parcel is taking an awfully long time to arrive...
Damn snail mail! Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse there is not much we can do. It is in the hands of our posties and sometimes there can be delays, although they are usually pretty good! Please keep an eye on your tracking or contact the courier/postal service directly to enquire about where your parcel might be.
My tracking says my order has been delivered but I can't find it anywhere!
The majority of our orders are being delivered with contactless delivery and authority to leave. Sometimes, couriers can leave parcels in obscure places, so make sure you've checked everywhere on your property, and even with your neighbours too. If you still can't find your parcel, you can lodge a missing parcel enquiry directly with the courier or postal service. If you're having trouble, please send us an email at email@example.com or simply let us know that this is the situation so we can keep an eye on it too!
My order is being returned to sender!
There may have been an issue with your delivery address, and if a package is unable to be delivered, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your cost. If this fails you will be refunded the purchase cost but not the shipping charges.
My product arrived faulty/broken
Oh no! We pack our products as securely and safely as possible, but breakages can happen. If your item has arrived broken, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and photos of the broken item and outside of the parcel with the postage label clearly visible. We can either organise for a replacement to be sent or a refund if you would prefer. If there's a fault with your product, send us an email as well explaining the fault (pictures are helpful too!) and we can organise either a replacement or refund.
I'd like to return/exchange my order
Is your TSC order not quiiiiite what you had in mind? That's okay! We know it can be difficult shopping online sometimes, and don't worry, we can be indecisive sometimes too! If you change your mind, we can organise a store credit or an exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of the order's receipt date. The item/s must be unused and in their original packaging/tags attached. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's own cost, we recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking. The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns on sale items.
