Shipping Information

Our orders are shipped with Australia Post. To ensure our parcels are delivered safely and securely, we do not offer authority to leave and parcels must receive a signature on delivery. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $100 and a flat $9.95 fee for all other orders. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20, and the UK is $30. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand and the UK. If you are located in the US, please head to our USA website. If you live elsewhere and would LOVE to get your hands on our goodies, please shoot us an email at and we'll see what we can do! Please note, your order may be subject to international duties and customs fees. Please check the destination country's guidelines around international shippments.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders 1-3 business days after ordering, and after that it's all up to your postie! Please note, depending on changing circumstances around Australia, there may be slight delays with postal and courier services due to COVID-19. International orders may experience delays up to 4 weeks. 

The shipping estimates below (from date of dispatch) will give you an idea of when you can expect your TSC goodies to arrive. If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer!

Do you offer click and collect?

Sadly we don't at this time. We are very hopeful to be able to offer click and collect very soon!! Big plans in the works! 😉

Do you ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect?

We ship with Australia post so yes we can ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers and parcel collect!

My parcel is taking an awfully long time to arrive...

Damn snail mail! Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse there is not much we can do. It is in the hands of our posties and sometimes there can be delays, although they are usually pretty good! Please keep an eye on your tracking or contact the courier/postal service directly to enquire about where your parcel might be.

My tracking says my order has been delivered but I can't find it anywhere!

We only ship with signature on delivery to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your parcels, so this should not be happening unless you have opted for authority to leave. Sometimes, couriers can leave parcels in obscure places, so make sure you've checked everywhere on your property, and even with your neighbours too. If you still can't find your parcel, you can lodge a missing parcel enquiry directly with the courier or postal service. If you're having trouble, please send us an email at or simply let us know that this is the situation so we can keep an eye on it too!

My order is being returned to sender!

There may have been an issue with your delivery address, and if a package is unable to be delivered, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your cost. If this fails you will be refunded the purchase cost but not the shipping charges.


My product arrived faulty/broken

Oh no! We pack our products as securely and safely as possible, but breakages can happen. If your item has arrived broken, please reach out to us at with your order number, and photos of the broken item and outside of the parcel with the postage label clearly visible. We can either organise for a replacement to be sent or a refund if you would prefer. If there's a fault with your product, send us an email as well explaining the fault (pictures are helpful too!) and we can organise either a replacement or refund.

I'd like to return/exchange my order

Is your TSC order not quiiiiite what you had in mind? That's okay! We know it can be difficult shopping online sometimes, and don't worry, we can be indecisive sometimes too! If you change your mind, we can organise an exchange within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. Please contact us at within 14 days of the order's receipt date. The item/s must be unused and in their original packaging/tags attached. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's own cost, we recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking. The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, or earrings and food storage/cutlery items for hygiene reasons.
