Shipping Insurance

 The last thing we want to hear is that your order has been lost, damaged or stolen 😣 

Which is why we now offer Shipping Insurance. We will always aim for your TSC goodies to arrive on time and in perfect condition, but if something does go wrong, we have a back up plan with Shipping Insurance! 

What is Shipping Insurance? 

Shipping Insurance is offered by The Somewhere Co to give your order protection for loss, theft or damage in transit, a resolution of shipping issues/ delays and item replacement, store credit or refund, pending availability.

The Nitty Gritty:

• Customers must opt in to our Shipping Insurance before checkout for the Shipping Insurance to apply. Our Shipping Insurance policy is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and is not refundable.
• If your parcel has been delayed (outside of the standard shipping time) by the shipping courier, we will open an investigation with the courier. If the courier has deemed your order lost in transit, then we are happy to replace the items from your order that are available in our warehouse. Items we are unable to replace will be exchanged for a store credit.
• If your order has been damaged in transit, please email us with images of the damage along with your order details. If the items are in stock, we will happily replace the items from your order, or we will provide you with a store credit.
• If you enter an incorrect address and your order has now been dispatched, this will not be covered by Shipping Insurance. However, your order can be amended via your Aus Post tracking link. Once on the tracking page above, you should see an option to 'redirect'. If you click 'Get Help', it will allow you to change the address manually.

What if I do not have Shipping Insurance?

If you did not opt into our Shipping Insurance with your order, and there is an issue with your order, you can still contact us. We may still be able to assist, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will be protected.
