"Although it looks nice, I’m a bit disappointed in the size of the font of my son’s name in the front. I feel like it’s a bit of false advertising previewing the name as big as it does, then receiving the product and it’s actually quite small. Not as much room as anticipated but will obviously use it as they aren’t cheap. Cute pattern, just let down by the advertising and the product received."

"Don’t get me wrong the actual backpack its self is great. Well made super practical. Big enough to hold everything but also perfect size for the 3yr old wearing it to kinder. However. The personalisation is very average. It’s a tiny name printed in a light colour that doesn’t really stand out. It’s slightly off centre and really small. It took over 4 weeks to arrive from order date. And my assumption was then with the added cost for personalisation and the extra time it took to be sent to a third party to have done that it would have been far more superior than it was. Disappointed in the personalisation offering. But not the actual backpack I’d have been better off just buying a cute Bagtag or some iron on letters"
