Here’s when it starts for everyone else:
- VIC & ACT: 7:30 pm AEDT
- WA: 4:30 pm AWST
- NT: 6:00 pm ACST
- SA: 7:00 pm ACDT
Our Indooroopilly, Karrinyup, and Fitzroy stores kick off at 9:00 am local time.
Just a heads-up: our website will be closed earlier that day for setup, but it’ll be back and ready to go by 6:30 pm AEST.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Due to high order volumes (thank you!), TSC Festival orders will dispatch within 10-14 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order’s on its way.
Keep in mind, shipping times may vary during this peak season due to increased holiday shipments across many brands. For more details on estimated shipping times, check out our shipping page here.
Can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $200 excluding beach cabanas, umbrellas and chairs.
Can I edit or merge multiple orders?
This is TSC's busiest time of year! While our team is ready to help, we can’t merge or edit orders once placed. Please double-check your order at checkout—your understanding means a lot!
If you need to update your address and your order was shipped via Auspost, you can redirect your parcel to the correct address using your tracking link.
If you want to change your order after receiving it, here are your options:
- Sale items purchased that are not marked as final sale can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from delivery, providing the exchanged/returned items are in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Can I use Afterpay?
AfterPay won’t be available at the start of TSC Festival, but don’t worry—it will be for most of the sale! Yay! If you want to shop using this payment method, keep an eye on our socials and emails for updates on when it will be ready for you.
We’ve temporarily removed this option to avoid delays in inventory updates, which can lead to oversold items during peak checkout times. We're doing our best to speed things up and serve our community better by minimising potential glitches.
