You’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance across our global wholesale network and Australian retail stores. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll lead the charge on growth strategy, team performance, and operational execution.

The Role:

Wholesale and Retail

  • Own and execute the global wholesale strategy across multiple product categories (TSC mini, SMWR fashion and The Somewhere Co.).
  • Build and manage distributor relationships and major accounts
  • Expand our global wholesale network through smart outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with product and planning to shape sell-in ranges that excite retailers and meet margin targets.
  • Oversee the performance of our brick-and-mortar stores (currently 3).
  • Drive retail sales, in-store experience, and staff performance.
  • Lead expansion strategy – new store rollouts, pop-ups, and concept testing.

Leadership & Commercial Performance

  • Manage and mentor sales and store teams, setting clear targets and KPIs.
  • Forecast revenue and margin performance across channels.
  • Use data to make strategic decisions on pricing, promotions, and product mix.
  • Align closely with brand and product to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.

The Role

  • Own the end-to-end social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Build forward-thinking, engagement-first content plans aligned to brand and business goals

The Role

  • Develop and execute merchandise strategies across online, wholesale, and retail across multiple categories (TSC Mini, SMWR fashion and The Somewhere Co.)
  • Own core lines and seasonal buys across both hemispheres
  • Create channel- and region-specific assortments based on demand, trends and margin goals
  • Forecast sales, track performance and adjust plans dynamically
  • Prepare seasonal and ad hoc reports to support financial planning and buying decisions
  • Manage OTB and stock levels to support sell-through targets and campaign moments
  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Operations on stock flow and fulfilment
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure product availability aligns with promotional activities
  • Support the Product and Production team by tracking timelines and flagging risks
  • Keep seasonal drop calendars in sync across departments
  • Ensure product launches are timely and channel-ready

About You

  • 3+ years experience in a merchandise planning role across multi-channel retail
  • Strong analytical skills — pivot tables and sales reports are your happy place
  • Excel whiz – Power BI skillset highly desirable
  • Comfortable juggling global seasonality and channel nuance
  • Collaborative by nature — able to work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Commercial
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with production timelines or managed seasonal product lifecycles

Customer Experience Coordinator - Brisbane Warehouse

The Somewhere Co. is searching for our next unicorn…  Someone who’s customer-obsessed, detail-driven, and gets genuine joy out of making people’s day. AKA a Customer Experience Coordinator. What you’ll do:

  • Deliver WOW experiences for our customers across all channels – email, phone, social media and review platforms
  • Manage returns and exchanges thoughtfully and efficiently, recognising the impact a positive return/exchange experience can have on long term customer value

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be across a range of duties and responsibilities, some of which include:

  • Pick, pack & dispatch of goods from the warehouse
  • Unloading containers and receiving stock
  • Heavy lifting/manoeuvring etc. of items up to a weight of 20kgs
  • Checking goods according to Quality Assurance requirements
  • Meeting and exceeding daily targets and KPI’s
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and safety of the warehouse
  • Work safely at all times to ensure safety and health of all workers.

What you'll need:

    The Somewhere Co. is on the hunt for Customer Happiness Associates join our team, based at our Banyo Warehouse. This is a seasonal casual role, with hours flexing up significantly throughout November and December. To be successful, team members must be available from Monday 7 October to Friday 31 Jan.

    What we’re looking for

    We are searching for customer service superstars to help us ensure our community enjoys a memorable experience with us during our busiest season of the year. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be customer obsessed, care about the little details, be a great problem solver and an exceptional communicator. You’ll be the type of person who loves nothing more than to make someone’s day!

     This is a casual role, with hours ranging depending on the needs of the business. Shifts may range between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday with the possibility of some weekend hours – all flexible depending on your availability. Hours will peak during November. There is an extended leave ban during November and December.
