Good, but could be better
"I absolutely love the pattern and how cute this lunch bag is, but it could be improved. It would be great if it was a little bit bigger because I find it hard to easily fit all my food for a day with ice bricks (I need 2 as I don’t have access to a fridge). I love your designs but your next size up in similar lunch boxes with a pocket is huge and too big (I tried). I also find the stitching by the zipper on this to not be of the best quality and it started to pull only about a month after use. I have had this lunch bag for almost 2 years now and the insulation has almost worn completely away in some areas. While it has lasted awhile, it is $60 for a lunch box and you can get similar quality for cheaper. The main selling point on these are their gorgeous and unique designs, but they could be made so much better with just a few additions! A side drink bottle pocket would also be game changing. I still recommend this lunch bag if you’re okay spending this amount, but just some feedback for improvement!"

"I've been waiting almost a month for this order. The tracking initially showed it was in Brisbane, but the expected delivery date keeps getting pushed back every week. It then went to Perth, then NSW, and now back to Brisbane. What's happening with my order? This delay is very disappointing. I've also had trouble getting a proper update. The responses I've received seem automated and haven't explained what's happening with my order. Can someone please look into this and provide a clear update?"
