· Maintain stunning VM that reflects our bold, beautiful aesthetic
· Use your entrepreneurial spirit and bring ideas to the table that will help elevate the in-store experience for our community
· Support your Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store with energy, initiative, and genuine team spirit
🧡 You’ll thrive in this role if you:
· Are a natural people-person with a warm, conversational style
· Have a “glass-half-full” mindset and love finding solutions
· Are confident connecting with customers—both in person and online
· Have retail experience (even better if you’ve worked in high-vibe or design-led brands)
· Are comfortable flying solo when needed, but love being part of a team
· Are available on weekends and some weekdays
· Are curious, driven, and always ready to grow
